William Brock is a professional guitarist, producer and music instructor living in the Cincinnati area. He grew up in a family that listened to a wide variety of music, everything from big-band to hard rock. This influenced him at an early age and aided in his musical development throughout the years. After high school, William attended The College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio. Here he learned the fundamentals of jazz theory. Although he enjoyed his studies at CCM, he decided to put school on hold and tour with the progressive metal band “The Heartland.”
After 2 years of touring with the group he moved to Toronto, Ontario. There he attended The Audio Recording Academy of Toronto which enabled him to hone his skills as an audio engineer & producer. In 2016 he released his first solo ep under the moniker “Onoyaheh” entitled “Tetragrammaton.” Later that same year he was awarded 2nd place in the Nili Brosh / Premier Guitar Melody Writing Contest.
