Care and Repair

Under normal conditions, and with reasonable care, your Levy’s product should serve you well for years.  When necessary, clean the item gently with a dry garment brush to remove dirt, and air outdoors to remove unwanted odors.

We are happy to repair or replace any item that has a manufacturing defect.  However, if you require repairs due to wear and tear, we suggest you take the item to a local shoe repair shop or luggage repair shop.  They have the materials, equipment, and expertise to make a fine repair job (and it can usually be done on the spot).
